When this workflow is turned on, we will create any new Products from Shopify into Xero.
Filters marked with a red asterisk (*) must be completed for the workflow to function successfully (eg: tax codes, income and expense accounts).
All filters are dropdown menus where you can select the existing account or tax code your business uses.
Use Income Account: The account specified from this drop-down menu will become the default income account for all sold items.
Use Expense Account: The account specified from this drop-down menu will become the default expense account for all purchased items.
Use Selling Tax Code: A drop-down menu will allow you to select the default tax percentage for your goods. These percentages are obtained from the Australian Taxation Office (ATO).
Use Buying Tax Code: A drop-down menu will allow you to select the default tax percentage for purchased items. These percentages are obtained from the Australian Taxation Office (ATO).
Create New Item As: This filter can be switched depending on the settings in your business' Xero account.
Non-Inventoried Items will not be assigned in Income, COGS, or Asset Accounts.
Inventoried Items will require default Income, COGS, and Asset Accounts to be selected from the drop-down list.
Auto Generate Item Sku When Missing: This filter allows Shypyard to create a product sku for items that do not have a sku set. Shypyard will automatically update the Shopify product with the sku, and create an item in Xero.
