Errors related to Product Sync
Error: "Create new item" settings is not enabled in order sync workflow OR Error: Issue creating product (Product sync is not enabled)
After logging into Shypyard, click on "Sync Settings" - "Products".
Make sure "Sync products from Shopify to accounting system" is turned on.
You can also choose to manually add this product in your accounting system.
After completing one of the two options above, save your changes and try to re-sync the order.
