Preparing your MYOB system & Shopify system for Integration

When connecting your Shopify store to MYOB, there are a few things that will be important to setup first before setting up the integration with Shypyard.

Sales Taxes

You need to set up Sales Taxes in your store first, since we will be reading sales data directly from your store to create invoices or orders in the accounting system. We strongly recommend to consult with an accountant or a tax professional to decide what may be the best setup for the nature of your business, and to comply with any relevant local laws.

Products and Variants

Please also make sure your product variants have unique SKUs / product code setup. Shopify doesn't enforce the unique skus, so it will be important to double check on that.
